Matthew Grech

Matthew Grech provides consultancy on the ethical and legal dimensions of AI in employment and organisational contexts. His expertise lies in analysing how emerging technologies intersect with labour law, workplace policy, and digital governance. As President of the Gozo University Group, he is actively engaged in youth advocacy and community development, promoting responsible leadership and innovation among young professionals.

Matthew graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Malta in 2025, presenting a dissertation titled “Guardian of Guardians: Empowering the President and Ensuring Constitutional Integrity through the Establishment of the Council of State.” He has participated in moot court competitions, completed an international study placement at the University of Limerick, and continues to deepen his expertise through a Master of Advocacy at the University of Malta.

Through his collaboration with GenAI Sandbox, Matthew brings a legal and ethical perspective to AI adoption, helping ensure that innovation in employment and education remains both human-centred and compliant with best regulatory practice.
